- Overview of comparable listings currently on the market. This allows you as a buyer to judge the home against it's competition in the marketplace.
- Analysis of recent SOLD, Expired, and Pending listings to give you a better view for how the home is priced in relation to current market trends.
- Detailed property information. Using a combination of public records and a personal preview of the home, you will have a more precise understanding of just how the home in question stacks up.
- Comprehensive Negotiation Strategy. Understanding how long the home has been on the market, how it compares to the competition, both within the price range and the house characteristics, and what the overall tone of the market is help us develop a strategy for negotiating and ensuring that you get the best deal. Remember, not every real estate negotiation is about the asking price alone.
